To My Mother

DownUp +6

I know there have been times me and you don’t see eye to eye.
But at the end of it all, the sorry and apologizes is all I could supply.
Right now, I am praying that you would have a great day today.
And I think it’s unfair that you can’t have a good one ever day.
I love you so much mom and I hope that you surely know,
That I’m your little boy and that title will never outgrow.
You’ve done so much, and I am so very thankful and proud,
That I have a Mom who loves me, even though I’m so very loud.
So have a Happy Birthday Mom, from your caring Son,
Because, in my eyes, you’re hearts warmer than the sun.
