How have you been?
Did you know that you’re
On my mind yet again?

How did we get here?
Before this rough patch
Our lives seemed so clear.

Do you think of me too?
In the same special way
That I think about you?

Dear Anonymous,
Sometimes I can’t believe
That this is what’s become
Of you and of me.

Dear Anonymous,
I see you sometimes
But I go unnoticed
And that’s just not right.
I’ve tried to win
This battle you started
But it’s just left me
Even more broken hearted.
You had so many chances
To make things right
But you didn’t care
So I’ll move on my life.
