I’m crying,
Telling you he’s about to leave
I feel like dying,
Then suddenly you’re here for me
You tell me,
You are not going to let me go through
So much pain alone,
And that you’re always gonna be there for me,
Holding me when I cry,
Right there by my side

You promised me that you’ll never leave,
Or give up on me,
I hope that’s a promise you will keep

Because I really need someone there for me,
To hold my hand
Through whatever could possibly come next,

And I need someone there,
To make sure I don’t attempt suicide,
Because you never know what I will try
Just to escape the pain I’m in

So please be there for me,
Because you are the one I really need,
You are my best friend
